Growing up for a Better Future — Shennan Circuits Holds 2017 Summary and Awards Ceremony and a Group Wedding of Twenty Couples

You Lei, Chairman of AVIC International Shenzhen and the Board of Shennan Circuits, Yang Zhicheng, General Manager of Shennan Circuits and other leaders attended the ceremony together with all the employees of Shennan in Shenzhen.

In his address, Chairman of AVIC International Shenzhen and the Board of Shennan Circuits You Lei pointed out that the staff members of Shennan must take up more responsibilities and be resolute to serve the “national team”. In 2018, everyone should make new breakthroughs and be courageous to break away from the comfort zone, go beyond themselves, improve their professional abilities, and be a man of action. In addition, new breakthroughs are also needed in teams, so that individuals may be edified by capable and high-level teams, constantly improve faster and develop greater sense of happiness. He wished that all the staff members of Shennan may bravely challenge themselves, make their own contributions to the sustainable development of Shennan, and turn their work experience at Shennan into the best “exclusive memories” in life.   

President Yang Zhicheng of Shennan Circuits delivered a speech entitled “Growing up for a Better Future”. He said, faced with the highly stressful external environment in 2017, Shennan Circuits maintained its operational keynotes, pooled the wisdoms and efforts of everyone, forged ahead and accomplished all tasks. These achievements are the results of our hard work and dedication. While celebrating achievements, we must also reflect on the deficiencies, especially when we will face more severe external environment and competitions in the industry in 2018.

He pointed out that, in 2018, efforts should be made to continue with the operational keynotes and focus on three main tasks: securing orders, improving efficiency and the building of the Nantong plant. While paying close attention to industrial and technological developments and guiding the directions of technological innovation and business transformation, Shennan should continue to create value for customers. All the staff members of Shennan may only develop along with Shennan by mastering excellent skills. Efforts should be made to hold a firm and indomitable spirit, keep to the dream of building a world-class enterprise, work hard in a down-to-earth manner, and create a brighter future for Shennan and each one of us.

After that, a group wedding was held for twenty couples, and employees and teams with outstanding performances at Shennan Circuits in 2017 were commended.

In order to enhance employees’ sense of participation and experience, a series of events were also held for this year’s summary and awards ceremony including "Letters to Spring", the windmill gallery, the 3D corridor, the photo wall, online interactions, and the sending of lucky bags. These events were well received by the staff members.
