Reorganization of Principle Leaders of AVIC INTL

On September 29th, AVIC INTL held a cadre meeting. Yu Hao, the Vice Director of the Leading Party Group Cadre Department of AVIC announced the decision of the Leading Party Group of AVIC regarding reorganization of main cadres in AVIC INTL. Lai Weixuan has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Legal Representative of AVIC INTL. Liu Hongde will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Board and Secretary of the Party Committee of AVIC INTL and has attained the consent of retirement. Li Yan, the General Manager Assistant and Director of the Leading Party Group Cadre Department of AVIC attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Who also attended the meeting include leaders superior to Vice Director of the AVIC INTL Headquarter and those principal leaders of investment enterprises.
