Southern Highway by AVIC INTL Engineering Fully Opened

On November 9, the first bid on the highway extension line in the south of Sri Lanka, which is constructed by AVIC INTL Engineering, was fully opened and transferred successfully. As the key project of AVIC INTL along the BRI countries, it made a final success after 8 years.
